DIGITAL ANALYTICS LEAD
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Set up and lead a new Marketing Analytics function designed to support European Markets and to enable teams to make better decisions and create more effective Marketing campaigns
- Determine and drive the performance measurement framework for all Personalisation activity across Europe
- Develop and recommend impactful Analytics projects for the Growth Hub, prioritising programmes based on consumer, capability & commercial objectives
- Lead capability advancing projects inc. hands-on support with data strategy, audience management, DMP adoption and campaign measurement & analysis
- Develop and embed best in class data strategy throughout Europe, keeping abreast of industry and privacy changes
- Champion European innovation towards singular customer view, identifying opportunities to support centralised initiatives though process and tech advancement
- Act as the senior Analytics PoC for all Growth Hub engagements
- Provide regular updates on the team's outputs and performance to the Europe Growth Hub Lead and senior stakeholders. You'll be accountable for the team meeting their soft and hard KPIs
- Align with other Analytics initiatives happening across the global organisation
- Manage a team of managers, offering support in the day-to-day and their career development
- Recruit amazing talent and build a high performing team
- Evolve processes to ensure efficient ways of working to maximise team output

REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ relevant years in Data & Analytics
- Strong understanding of Web Analytics, Ad Tracking, Ad Serving, DMP & DSPs and CDPs
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing and its components (Display, CRM, Social, SEO etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL and Digital Analytics (Adobe, GA360 etc.) with experience improving marketing ROI
- Experience leading and scaling an Analytics capability that is growing rapidly
- Data Planning experience within a FMCG marketing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with people of differing levels of seniority and analytical understanding
- Ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
- Strong English language
