Desk side Engineer wanted for a global Managed Service based in Dublin city centre. This role is ideal for someone who is already in a Desk side Engineering role but is looking for a change or an individual sitting at L1 Support that has gotten some exposure to L2 responsibilities.
This role will involve both BAU and project responsibilities. The successful candidate will sit above the help desk engineers as an escalation point for all things BAU. They will also spearhead a number of projects over the coming 12 months.
The ideal candidate will have exposure in the following areas
- Windows OS
- Citrix
- Active Directory
- Hardware Support
- Deployment projects.
