We are hiring a Deskside Engineer for our client in the Insurance industry
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd Line Support to end users on site
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve technical problems
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment
Key Skills:
- Experience in providing 2nd Line Support
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
- Proficiency in installing and configuring software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
