We're looking for an experienced Data Engineering / Platforms professional to join an industry leading organisation that is currently going through a period of growth due to continued success!

As their Data Platforms Manager you will be working in an autonomous role with a small team, defining both architecture and strategy with the help of a 3rd party where needed.
Core Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute a data platform strategy aligning with the companies goals and objectives
- Recommend new data services and technologies to further improve and optimise the data environment
- Lead and mentor a small team of data engineers whilst further working closely with other teams & individuals (PMs , vendor's etc)
- Further encourage a culture of collaboration and innovation to enable continuous improvement
- Oversee and manage the implementation of a scalabe and high performing Platform build within Azure
- Ensure best practice, particularly around Data Models such as Kimball
