We are looking for a Data Architect to join a leading & reputable technology innovator, that is hiring due to continued success, even over the last couple of years!
This role will sit within their Architecture team who are currently working on a broad range of exciting projects. They have multiple programmes of work including large scale migrations to the cloud!
You will play a pivotal role within the architecture team acting as their Data SME. Engaging with various teams within the business to deliver your solutions.
This Data Architect will be responsible for defining the data architecture required to ensure the businesses data, BI & Analytics platforms are able to support the businesses requirements & needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to act as a data architect within complex and regulated environments
- Ability to act as the data SME, managing and influencing the BI & Analytics roadmap - providing architectural leadership for transformations
- Exposure to a broad range of technologies; MS SQL, Azure SQL, ADF, Azure Synapse, Power BI, etc
- Knowledge on data modelling for physical definition and transactional systems
- A good understanding of the governance and assurance around data projects .
- Knowledge across a broad range of solutions and technologies, working with integration's with enterprise class COTS Packages.
- Understanding of Master Data Management technologies is ideal
- Knowledge & Appreciation of architecture frameworks and notations, e.g. TOGAF and Archimate
Ideally you will have experience in the Microsoft Technology Stack and have operated in an Agile / Azure environment. As the business migrates to a hybrid Azure architecture environment
