CRM Applications - Technical Manager (2-year renewable contract)
We are helping our reputable Hong Kong-based client to look for a seasoned CRM Application Technical Manager with extensive MS Dynamics experience. This will be a 2-year renewable contract with attractive bonus.
Job Duties
- Provide cost effective technical solutions in high quality, high performance, reliable and secure systems to meet the Club's business needs across the portfolio; maintain alignment of technology services with business strategies and objectives including associated budgets; ensure overall health of CRM and Marketing systems in the portfolio
- Be responsible for the formulation of sound project proposals and input to business EAPs for business initiatives
- Measure and improve productivity in the solution delivery life cycle through effective deployment and high levels of team work within the department and across the entire IT Division
- Lead a team and allocate resources to enable project managers / development managers for successful delivery of solutions addressing business needs
- Ensure standards for development lifecycle activities are maintained; contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methods and service level standards; in cooperation with the IT Infrastructure & Operations department, maintain zero major system outage during prime business hours with defined availability targets of core business systems
- Develop and maintain levels of expertise required to ensure continuance of human resources with the requisite skills, business knowledge and a high performance culture
About You
- Degree qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Experience in managing projects, leading team of developers to deliver IT solutions and provide system support
- Proven experience in various enterprise systems and implementing experience
- Experienced in developing online reservation application and mobile application in iOS and Android platforms will have an advantage
- Solid experience in vendor management and package solutions implementation
- Proven experience in Enterprise System and OLTP system Integration
- Ability in problem determination and problem solving
- Knowledge in Microsoft CRM dynamic is preferred
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Experience in.Net (including C#/VB) web applications
- Knowledge in development framework (such as ASP.NET MVC)
- Knowledge in Linux, SQL Server and Oracle database is preferred
- Knowledge in Sprint development framework is preferred
- Experienced in frontend development framework (jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, node.js) is a plus
