CRM Marketing Manager

Newly created opportunity within the marketing function to manage and drive the strategy of the CRM function to optimise the retention of existing customers and acquire new!

Responsibilities:

-develop customer journeys and CRM strategies to promote ongoing customer relationships and communication with new customers

-implement marketing automation into marketing CRM

-draw insights from the data to strategise and improve campaigns to drive engagement and online sales

Experience required:

-prior CRM marketing experience in a b2c environment

-analytical skills- derive insights and strategy from the data

-Good communication skills to work with senior stakeholders in the business

-experienced with customer segmentation
