Key responsibilities:
* Leading a team of 3 analysts
* Own IFRS 9, IRR pricing and affordability models
Person requirements:
* Background in model building, validation or audit within banks, building societies or similar lenders
* Proficient in SAS and SQL
* Ability to challenge processes and present to ExCo
* An eye for detail and ability to identify longer term vulnerabilities
