I am currently working with Lloyds insurer who are looking to source a Credit controller to work within their Norwich office. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office
Role requirements;
Ensure that Credit Control procedures are compliant and in line with Head Office criteria by working with the manager and team.
Check daily and monthly aged debt for accuracy; follow up with brokers to ensure settlement within terms; and, if necessary, escalate debt.
Create a monthly analysis of debtor problems, worries, and goals to support monthly debtor reviews among the team and with other business units.
Profile requirements;
A detailed knowledge of credit control and collection principles
Good understanding of the insurance and reinsurance credit control environment is preferred
Credit Management, Accounting or Insurance specific qualifications would be an advantage.
2-3 years of experience as a credit controller
Excellent administration skills with high level of attention to detail.
