Working directly with the CFO the Controller will be responsible for the day to day finance and accounting activities of a Private Equity firm ($20bn AUM).
Within this role you will lead a small team who are responsible for distributions, waterfall calculations and capital calls. You will also manage the relationship with the Fund Administrator.
This is an exciting time to join our client as they implement their growth strategy over the next 2 years.
Ideally, we are looking for an individual with 10+ years' experience. You will have a mix of Public and Private background and will have led teams previously.
