- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification or equivalent from a recognised program: GE / Motorola etc..
- Minimum 5+ years experience leading process reviews and implementing solutions
- Facilitation of workshops
- Mapping + documentation
- Strong working knowledge of Business Process Management system
- Financial services experience a must - P&C insurance bonus
