The role holder is required to be a member of the Regional Investigations team of FC, in designing and where appropriate, deploying policies, procedures and strategies that will minimise the risk of financial crime within or against the orginazation.

In this role, the jobholder is responsible for:

* Responsible for the management of production of Investigations MI for ASP FC and its sub functions in aid of the governance framework.
* For Investigations reporting, including definition and enhancement of management information for the region, analysis of MI volumes and country data, identify trends, themes and timely delivery of reports.
* Review, design and produce accurate management information in timely manner with highlights and summary information to steer management focus.
* Review and summarise country data highlighting essential information and circulate to key stakeholders.
* Recommend and define appropriate KPIs and KRIs for the region
* Review and maintain the department's reporting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date management information is available to all stakeholders.
* Direct and coordinate with different sub functions and countries in providing essential statistics and figures for Group and regional management; including operational risk management and internal audit.
* Proactively supporting other FC sub functions and business partners to implement new initiatives and report status.
* Review and identify limitations in the existing processes and explore new ways to automate and improve the timeliness of data collection.
* Refine and enrich the MI production by ensuring adequate checking and validation of the MI/reports production processes; identify and articulate the problems to key stakeholders to avoid the occurrence of similar problems.
* Communicating and escalating information on the most significant financial crime risk findings to Regional FC senior management and senior regional management where applicable to support and facilitate appraisal of the relevant risks and mitigation.
Working closely with the global team and functional teams to ensure that the collective targets are met, dependencies are defined and communicated within the ASP region and in country risks and issues are highlighted and mitigated where possible.
