Oliver James is currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager on behalf of our client, a leading Insurance/Reinsurance firm with a global presence.
This newly created position will report directly into the Department head and focus on the implementing and monitoring changes related to the individual accountability regime, contributing and coordinating CBI regulatory returns and providing support the compliance functions with regulatory advise to the business on licensing.
The successful candidate will have a varied day-to-day and focus in but not be limited to the following;
- Support the compliance function in designing, writing and implementing frameworks, policies, procedures, processes and systems
- Understand CBI requirements and assist with the CBI attestation process.
- Support compliance and regulatory projects, including implementation of legislation / regulations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Compliance experience obtained within an Insurance setting.
