You will support and assist the Head of Compliance in developing and maintaining an effective Compliance function across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysis of legal, regulatory, and technical developments. Maintain financial crime records and follow up with the investigation.
- Oversee regulatory returns. Approve customer communications - financial promotions, documents, and training material
- Keep the regulatory and data privacy breach logs and provide analysis of results for the quarterly Compliance Report to the Audit and Compliance Committee.
The suitable candidate will have Financial services experience, ideally in Compliance, knowledge of Life Assurance and Pension products, Understanding of Conduct Risk and Experience in Financial Promotions.
