Our multinational client, who is also one of the world's leading life insurers, seeks to hire a senior manager (client experience and management) to cover the Mainland China and Hong Kong markets, based in Hong Kong.
Candidates with a marketing background in insurance, banking, or other financial services firms will be a strong fit for this role. Strong knowledge of the Mainland Chinese market, a good understanding of the tools for market research, insight generation, data analysis, and good communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin will be needed for this role.
You will be working with the local Hong Kong team and the regional team.
