Oliver James have partnered with a leading name in Insurance to help them source a talented Life and Health Claims Associate to join their team.
* Ensure all insurance & flex claims are settled within the expected turnaround time
* Printing of cover letters and send out along claims documents within expected turnaround time
* Ensure claims documents are delivered on time
* Perform technical review all outgoing claims letter to clients
* Review outgoing rejection emails (with SLA) to clients
* Handles escalations raised by stakeholders of claims
* Lends support & guidance to Consultants
* Perform investigation and assessment of the claims before making appeals to Insurers
* Works closely and share claims knowledge/experiences with SG colleagues
* Monitor and track on outstanding claims on weekly basis
* Adhere to compliance requirements and guidelines (ensure zero data breach)
* To provide claims report to clients (if applicable)
* Attend helpdesk at client offices (E.g claims enquiries, MC approvals,etc.)
* Any other admin, claims or ad hoc matters
