We are working with a long standing and reputable P&C insurance carrier that is looking to add to their general liability claims teams.
For these openings you must have experience:
- Handling commercial general liability claims and/or commercial auto liability claims
- 50%+ of your caseload is comprised of bodily injury claims
- Managing the litigation process from beginning to end for 1+ year(s)
- Be located in: Dallas, TX, Southington, CT, or Maitland, FL or surrounding areas
The caseload in this position will be mostly comprised of commercial general liability, bodily injury claims.
The role is on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in office, and the budget is attractive/flexible depending on years of experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims related to General Liability and Casualty.
  • Analyze policy coverage, review reports, and gather necessary documentation to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to negotiate and resolve claim disputes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized claim files, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with policyholders.
  • Adhere to industry best practices, policies, and procedures.

Key Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Claims Adjuster role within the insurance industry.
  • Solid knowledge and expertise in General Liability and Casualty claims handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex insurance policies and coverage documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
