Business Management Internship - A start-up company

This role is responsible for assisting founders to enter the market as well as providing marketing support. Targeted candidate is familiar with social media like such as YouTube, IG and Facebook and love to work with NGOs and Social Enterprises.

THE JOB

Business Management Internship (FT/PT) - Start-up company

Highlights

  • Exciting opportunity to participate in business operation at growing stage

  • Flexible working arrangement - Work from home allowed
  • 3-month internship

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist founders to enter the market
    • Support the founder to release the product and service to the target markets such as grassroots and middle-class markets.
    • Initiates other NGOs or social enterprises (2-3) to form a strategic alliance.
  2. Marketing
    • Marketing research, consolidate and strengthen the marketing channel.
    • Create a digital marketing (Facebook and YouTube)
  3. Product Management
    • Coordinate and research hardware vendors and suppliers decided by business strategy (such as the cost, quality, safety of the hardware, the reputation of the company, transportation cost, minimum quantities of orders, after-sales service, maintenance service, etc.)
  4. Coordination
    • Initiate the engagement with different partners (such as healthcare professionals, NGOs, social enterprises, and People of Difference). To initiate the elderly care training event for the visually impaired and evaluation.

Requirements

  • HK local universities or college Full-time students
  • Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good at Office, PowerPoint and Excel (able to learn and search from internet)
  • Familiar with social media like such as YouTube, IG and Facebook
  • Love to work with NGOs and Social Enterprises
  • Friendly team player and quick learner
  • Knowledge in graphics/ website design is a plus
