- Leads and performs requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement documents are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible and unambiguous.
- Utilizes a variety of techniques and tools to elicit business / system requirements - including interviews, surveys, requirements workshops, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Suggests improvements / solutions that enhance existing business processes.
