My client, an insurance company, is seeking a Business Analyst to join it Workers' Compensation Program on a long-term contractual basis, which will convert to FTE for the successful candidate.

  • Leads and performs requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement documents are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible and unambiguous.
  • Utilizes a variety of techniques and tools to elicit business / system requirements - including interviews, surveys, requirements workshops, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
  • Suggests improvements / solutions that enhance existing business processes.
