** Business Analyst / Target Operating Model - Insurance - Remote working/London - 6-month Contract **
A leading business based in the heart of the City, is looking for a Business Analyst to work on an exciting project focused on designing a new target operating model that will focus across defining requirements across a new global solution focused across its process and function. Along with looking at process improvement within business process, systems and user experience you will be responsible to drive this change. In addition, you will have the chance to build in capabilities into business solutions architecture to enhance your own and the wider team's expertise across this area of the business. You will need to be comfortable working in an Agile and Scrum environment providing experience on delivering a new Target operating models within Insurance or wider financial services.
The ideal candidate will need to be an experienced Business Analyst who has previously worked a new Target operating model within an Agile way of working. You will also need to have internal/external and multinational stakeholder experience is key along with process improvement.
