My client is a market-leader Conglomerate with strong growth and various transformation initiatives. We are working actively on an urgent search for 2 Business Analysts to join this team.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis, create reports and presentation, and contribute to project management activities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a real-estate industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Familiarity with Process Mapping, Leasing, and Change of RnR
- Understanding of user experience principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management techniques
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
This role is an initial 6 months contract, highly extendable as the programme will last for at least 2 years. Budget is flexible, and we are looking for candidates who are located in Hong Kong.
