Oliver James have partnered with a leading Public Body organisation based in Dublin city who are seeking a Process focused Business Analyst to join their growing team on an initial 2 year FTC.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on process improvement/mapping within public sector organisations.
- Experience with UAT and Target Operating models
- In-depth knowledge of public body operations, regulations, and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for process mapping and analysis.
The role:
- 2 year FTC - Salary €70-€80k per year plus full benefits package
- Hybrid working model - 2-3 days per week on site needed
- Fantastic hands exposure in a growing organisation with multiple new and exciting projects.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Stamp 4 for this role and be committed to travel to Dublin on the above working arrangements.
