*Job Description:*

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our finance transformation project. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, financial expertise, and business acumen to drive impactful change in a global setting.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges related to finance operations.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, technology, and operations to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications to support the design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Support the testing, implementation, and rollout of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and integration with existing systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end users to promote effective utilization of new systems and processes.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on finance transformation or process improvement projects within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, principles, and best practices, with experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
- Proven track record of gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and designing solutions to address business needs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify creative solutions to complex problems.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with finance systems such as ERP, EPM, or BI tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
