This role is part of the Client Performance & Management Information (CPMI) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) workstreams. These workstreams aim to streamline and automate global Client views and Sales reporting across multiple regions and markets by working very closely with Global Markets Sales and Finance to define the product offering
- Define the product roadmap and objectives to establish a strategic and scalable approach which adds value to sales, clients and Global Markets
- Refine product requirements and establish the offering through industry analysis and user feedback.Responsible for the delivery of user-centric functionality that will help to simplify access to CPMI and CRM information.
- Drive roll-out strategy and establish a good rapport to encourage feedback and further communication.
