I am working with a global top 10 insurance organisation, who are looking for a IT Modernisation Consultant to come and join their organisations Strategic IT Advisory team which is focused on supporting their IT Function on their modernisation journey.
The organisation is going through a large modernisation, technically and culturally, this began in September and they need to grow to support other entities across the business as well as their parent company. There is currently 2 complex programmes of work. The first one is the removal of legacy technology and upgrade, as well as moving to a Agile way of working. The second programme of work is implementing things in the service space - Service now.
As a consultant you will be expected to Support the delivery of IT operating models including consumed services, engagement channels and IT team accountabilities and Support the project management of transformation initiatives to deliver technology modernisation objectives. Day to day tasks will vary, some may include conceptual design, workshops for IT TOM.
In order to be considered for this role you must come from a consultancy background, ideally the Big 4, who has previously worked on modernisation programmes / projects, with a strong background in running complex programme plans.
