QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate degree
- A relevant formal Business Analyst/Project Management qualification is desirable.
- 3 to 5 years of experiences
- Experience in Insurance industry is preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY
- Strong knowledge of insurance application preferred
- Hands on experience in customer experience digital transformation would be an advantage
- Expertise in requirements gathering
- Expertise in requirements planning, management and communication
- Expertise to prepare project plan and coordinate with related parties.
- Expertise in business process modelling and design
- Expertise to prepare UAT plan
- Excellent stakeholder management, particularly managing expectations
- Sound influencing and negotiating skills
