Job description
*Deliver high standard and quality marketing activities in a timely manner to support business growth for specific products and segments.
*Implement target segments analysis, competitive position and trends, to identify insights and recommendations for sustained business growth
*Develop effective advertising and marketing initiatives for specific products and segments to contribute to the Brand Health Index
*Drive activation of social media to create brand and product awareness, as well as driving strategy to bring in transactions for direct channels including performance-based marketing vehicles such as programmatic media buy and SEM.
*Maintain high standard of marketing and communications, and deliver activities that adhere to the established marketing process and guidelines
*Manage marketing budget for specific products and segments and ensure effective deployment to enhance return on investment and in accordance with departmental guidelines
Skills
*8 years of marketing management experiences, ideally within a large blue chip Financial Services
*On top of offline marketing activities, he/she should also has solid experience in digital and social marketing for brand building and drive business
*Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently at a campaign management level
*Team player with excellent communication skills - fluent in Cantonese/Chinese (writing) and English
*Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
*Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities
