We are working with a leading funds practice who are expanding their team in Hong Kong. Clients include major Chinese technology companies as well as multinational hedge/PE funds.
Exposure will include investment funds, downstream private equity deals, M&A's and restructurings. The successful candidate will be coming from a leading international firm, is able to demonstrate commercial skills and the ability to build and maintain a network of clients. The firm is consistently recognised for it's team work and high quality of work.
Requirements:
- 3-5 PQE.
- Funds or Corporate experience.
- Fluent English. Mandarin advantageous but not necessity.
- English, Hong Kong, Irish, New Zealand or Australian qualified
- Asia-based experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Based in Hong Kong.
