Job Title: Scrum Master/Project Manager - Perm
This role is based on Hong Kong, and we are looking for a Cantonese speaker
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprints, reviews and retrospectives
- Collaborate with leadership on product vision and road map
- Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions
- Track sprint progress, manage risks and issues
- Plan releases and provide updates to stakeholders
- Coach the team in self-organization and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to Scrum methodology and processes
- Recommend process improvements based on metrics and feedback
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager
- PMP/CSM certification preferable
- Cantonese Speaker
- Strong communication, planning and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools
