Application Support Analyst - ServiceNOW

We are currently working on an exciting role for one of the biggest Production and R&D companies in the world. This role is for a Application Support Analyst, who is willing to join a very vibrant, friendly and open environment and amazing brand.

The objective of the role:

  • Resolve problems created by the Applications Services Master, APS MDM team in response to an issue in Productions Systems
  • You will work in parallel with Enterprise Data Platform Team to provide functional corrections in the MDM Systems
  • To a smaller degree you may take part in developing solutions to meet requirements
  • Ticket management and issues resolution in ServiceNow

You should have:

  • University Degree in IT or related discipline
  • Min 3 years of experience in Web Development or Application Support
  • Good communication skills, energetic, ability to challenge without coming along in a wrong way
  • Experience in SQL, NoteJS, VueJS, Web Architecture, Elastic Search, Java, Software AG (ESB, BPMS, One data ) would be a benefit
  • Experience working with MDM systems and SAP applications (ideally)
  • Knowledge of the systems development life-cycle
  • Able to understand, articulate and link the design to technical solutions
