Application Delivery Lead - Hong Kong
Lead an application delivery team responsible for implementing investment applications in Group Investment. Manage delivery managers, drive service provider delivery, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of delivery managers to:
- Design application architecture and security controls to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
- Propose technology solutions for business needs.
- Recruit and coach project resources.
- Deliver project outcomes.
- Resolve technical incidents and problems.
- Frame and review application delivery processes to ensure compliance with Group Office policies and standards.
- Negotiate with internal and external service providers to achieve world-class service levels.
- Own the relationship with business stakeholders regarding investment applications.
- Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline with a CGPA of 3.25 or above.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical lead capacity.
- Certifications/Licenses: PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification; CFA accreditation is a plus; additional certifications in solution architecture and cloud technologies are a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in implementing investment systems; knowledge of Java, .Net, JSON, and Visual Basic is a plus; familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
