Regional Head of Commercial APAC, you will be reporting to Chief Commercial Officer. It's a B2B platform based multinational company.

Purpose of the role:

You will be in charge of growing existing accounts and winning new business, while sustaining a healthy margin, diversifying business into new products and raising a strong team.

Summary:

Looking for a highly driven professional for the role of APAC Regional Head of Commercial. The ideal candidate exhibits an insatiable appetite for generating new businesses and plays the critical role in business expansion, bolstering sales, and fortifying our brand's robust presence in the APAC market. The APAC Regional Head will liaise closely with global counterparts to harmonise strategies and executions, ensuring the attainment of business objectives within the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

- Drive regional sales, partnerships, and product initiatives end-to-end to achieve and exceed APAC revenue targets.

- Identify, explore, and win new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships.

P&L Management:

- Own the regional P&L, ensuring profitability targets in sales, partnerships, and regional products end-to-end are met.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the APAC region.

Operations and Execution:

- Oversee the execution of regional initiatives and ensure alignment with global strategies.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing regional market needs and delivering exceptional service.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and local authorities, to build and nurture relationships.

Compliance and Governance:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

- Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture, upholding company values and ethics.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

- At least 5 years of leadership experience, with a demonstrated history in sales and P&L management.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the APAC market, with preferably established networks and connections.

- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- The capability to strategise and execute multiple initiatives concurrently.

- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be advantageous.
