Oliver James is currently working with one of the fastest growing Life Insurance companies in Ireland that is looking for an AML Lead to grow their rapidly growing function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AML expert to step into a Lead role with a leader within the Irish market
The role
The main responsibilities of this role includes:
- Supporting the AML 1st line within the business
- Working with the Operations teams to ensure that the business follows a "best practice" compliance approach.
- Work in partnership with the Compliance function to lead the implement new and emerging AML/CFT regulation and projects.
- Liaise with senior management on AML related matters. Interact with internal stakeholders and help build strong relationships.
- Deliver AML/CFT related training to Operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience within the Insurance industry and AML regulations
- Strong working knowledge of AML policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
