Account and Investment Officer - FLEMISH SPEAKERS

Job Description:

As Operational Support Officer you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our banking services. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various operational processes while ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing security measures to protect customer data and assets.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to meet operational needs and ensure contract compliance.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns related to operational matters, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to operational staff.
  • Business Continuity: Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure seamless operations during emergencies or disruptions.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in banking operations or a similar role is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology for data analysis and process management.
