Acumatica Practice Lead - Permanent - Remote - $160k
As the Acumatica Practice Lead, you will:
- Spearhead the establishment of our Acumatica team, developing and implementing strategic plans for team growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Be a lead and subject matter expert in a specific area of Acumatica, demonstrating vertical expertise or deep product knowledge.
- Train associates on various implementation aspects.
- Delegate work based on availability and experience.
- Lead Acumatica ERP Implementations:
- Lead presales efforts, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to tailor presales approaches.
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate technical capabilities during client interactions.
- Oversee full Acumatica ERP implementations, utilizing the company's methodology.
- Interact directly with senior-level client personnel and provide on-site and/or web-based training.
- Plan and consult on business process improvements, configuring system features to meet client requirements.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple engagements concurrently, meeting aggressive timelines.
- Outline implementation objectives, issues, findings, and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with other consultants to assess client needs and craft innovative solutions.
- Develop and communicate client requirements with technical developers for potential customizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years as Acumatica Consultant with a full understanding of ERP Systems and Business Model Use of ERP Systems.
- Successful completion of multiple Acumatica ERP implementation projects.
- Experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, Construction, and/or Project Accounting projects highly desirable.
- Strong communicator and critical thinker with the ability to handle complex situations.
- Proficient in areas including Business Financials and Accounting, Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing and Demand Planning, Project Management, Order Processing, Inventory Management, CRM, Data Analysis, and MS Office.
