Oliver James is working with a leading Life insurance group who require a Systems Analyst to support an IFRS 17 project for at least 6 months on a day rate contract
The ideal candidate will have experience in a systems/business analyst role within the Actuarial industry. They will have knowledge of Prophet and experience with testing and documentation.
Start: ASAP
Rate: 500-650EUR per day
Duration: 6 month initial contract + extensions
Location: Client is based in Ireland. Work can be done from home.
Contractors outside Ireland with relevant experience can be considered.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- 4+ years Business/Systems Analyst in the Actuarial industry
- Knowledge of Prophet software
- Experience in leading the requirement analysis for new systems, with integration to existing systems and preparing user stories.
- Experience in detailed analysis techniques with the ability to translate into comprehensive documentation which can be understood by Business and IT alike
- Communication of documentation, and getting business approval for same
- Ability to contribute to QA test plans, test strategies, and assist in the execution of test efforts
