Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of analysts
• Develop and implement actuarial strategies, models, and policies to support business objectives
• Conduct pricing and product development analysis to ensure competitive and profitable insurance offerings
• Provide actuarial support for new business opportunities and strategic initiatives
• Monitor and assess market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure compliance and adaptability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, claims, and finance, to ensure effective risk management and profitability

Key Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Proven experience in actuarial pricing and product development within the health insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of actuarial modeling software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams
• Professional actuarial designations (e.g., Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) preferred
