- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, policies, and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products to enhance service offerings and client relationships.
