Fully remote contract opportunity
Job Title: Interim Commercial & Contracts Manager/3rd Party Risk Manager
Duration: 3-6 months (temp to perm option also available)
Rate/Salary: £250-450 per day inside IR35
Location: Fully remote working (office is based in Dorking)
The Role:
- Contribute to the development of the 3rd party risk management (TPRM) strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify potential suppliers and assess their commercial viability
- Conduct negotiations with third parties to secure favourable contractual terms and pricing
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to evaluate supplier capabilities and financial stability in accordance with regulatory standards
- Provide guidance and best practices via RFI/RFP to manage market bids and third party selection, to align with the business and strategy
- Monitor contract compliance and performance to drive value and mitigate risks, along with Financial Analysis and Cost Optimization
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in Third Party Risk Management, Commercial Management, Supplier Management, and/or Strategic Sourcing essential, preferably within the insurance industry or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of third-party risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
